Your trip on the little train
Come discover the history of a mythical seaside town built, to a large extent, at the end of the 19th century thanks to the Duke of Morny who sensed the potential of this site to welcome and satisfy the Parisian high society eager for enjoyment and entertainment.
It’s by its hundreds of villas that Deauville captivates. A walk between the sea front and the heart of the city allows one to notice the exuberance, the variety and density of the “architectural follies”, built between 1860 and our time…
Coming to Deauville is to follow in the footsteps of those celebrated personalities who stayed here, from Marcel Proust to Eugène Boudin, from Sacha Guitry to Clint Eastwood.
Discover Deauville, its history, its stories, its ledendary places and its beaches through a guided and musical walk, in french and english, of about 40 minutes.
